TGMP Personnel Line was Provided Occupational Health and Safety Training in Kahramanmaras 16.08.2017

KAHRAMANMARAŞ (AA) - Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality has provided Training on Occupational Health and Safety for Micro Credit Officers.

The program, which took place in the Private Administration Business Center, provided training on occupational health and safety for 20 microcredit officers in Kahramanmaraş.

Halil Orhan, General Manager of the Grameen Microfinance Program of Turkey, told journalists that for the first time in the scope of occupational health and safety numbered 6331, 20 personnel working in Kahramanmaraş gave training on occupational health and safety.

Indicating that they have been training in the initiative of the Metropolitan Municipality, Orhan noted:

"I would like to ask that this training is an example to other municipalities and institutional organizations and that it is beneficial for the sustainability of our institution and the efficient use of its financial resources.

There are 55 thousand active members in the system. There are only 850 active credit members in Kahramanmaraş city center. In addition, neighboring provinces in Adıyaman, Malatya and Kahramanmaras branches in our branches have a total of nearly 5 active members are using a credit. "
